Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Makeup Artist Services: We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may require a cancellation of your makeup appointment. To ensure a fair and smooth process for both parties, please adhere to our cancellation policy: 1. **Advance Notice:** We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients in need of our services. 2. **Cancellations Within 48 Hours:** If you must cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of $30 will be charged to your account. This fee is non-refundable. 3. **No-Show Policy:** If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the makeup service. This fee is non-refundable. 4.Refunds: Makeup services that have already been provided are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your makeup, please let us know during the appointment.
